Your potential customer find your company on our search engine or by submitting a quote through our listing service.

How do I get leads through SalesLeadsPro.com?
SalesLeadsPro.com generates leads in two ways:
  1. Lead Generator - A homeowner searches the Contractor directory to find contractors in their area who do the type of work they need. The homeowner then browses contractor profiles, photo galleries, and additional company details. The homeowner can then directly contact the contractor(s) they prefer, or click through to your company website.
  2. Contractor Locator - When homeowners do not wish to contact contractors directly, they have the option of selecting up to 3 contractors through our contractor directory. The contractor in turn receives an email notification of the hit on their listing and will contact the homeowner accordingly.
Do you guarantee a sale?
No. We only provide services for potential customers helping them to find your company.

Can I buy leads from you?
No, we don't sell leads.

How do I get started?
Getting started with Sales Leads Pro is simple! Start by setting up an account with the system by clicking here.

How long does it take to register?
To fill in the online form takes less than 5 minutes. Once your details have been submitted, the signup procedure is complete and you will be emailed your User ID and Password for immediate login.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and etc by PayPal.

Is there a minimum contract term length?
Yes. The minimum contract term is set for 30 days.

Are there any additional charges or hidden costs?
No.

How do I cancel my account? Are there any cancellation fees?
You may cancel the account at any time by emailing to SalesLeadsPro.
It is no cancellation fee.
You receive email with confirmation of cancellation your account.

What are the system requirements?
SalesLeadsPro.com can be accessed through the internet. For best results we recommend using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. Free upgrades for Internet Explorer are available on the Internet.

We strongly recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, which can be downloaded from the internet free of charge.

How do I login?
The Login button is located on the upper right side of all main pages of our site.
Note: After you sign up with us, you should have received an email with your User ID and Password to access the Lead Management Center.

Why do I have problems logging in?
The most common reason why users are unable to log in is because they have entered an incorrect User ID and Password. When your signup is confirmed, an email is sent to you immediately containing your complete login information (User ID and Password).

How do I change my account information?
To change your account information such as phone number, physical address, etc., please log into your account and click on the "Profile" tab. Simply edit the fields you wish to change/modify by clicking on the "Edit" button and click on "Save" button to confirm changes.

How do I change my User ID and Password?
Your User ID and/or Password can be changed by logging into your account and opening the "User List" under "Profile" tab. Type in a different info and click on the "Save" button. The changes will take effect immediately.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forgot your Password simply go to Login page and click on "Lost password" link.

How secure is my account information?
All accounts are password protected.

Is SalesLeadsPro.com responsible for compliance with the Do-Not-Call laws and CAN SPAM Act?
No. You, as the person who is actually calling the consumer to sell your product or services, are responsible for compliance with the Do-Not-Call laws and CANSPAM Act. NEVERTHELESS, and despite our extraordinary efforts, current law holds you, the caller (telemarketer) responsible to comply with the Do-Not-Call rules.

Our Contractor Directory is a searchable "yellow-page" style listing of all contractors. Your contractor listing will include details such as address, telephone numbers, website, logo, portfolio photos and other relevant information.

You don't have to have a web-site to be seen on the Internet.
You don't have to spend a fortune on a website to be seen on the Internet.

How are Contractor Directory listings prioritized?
All Directory listings appear in grouped order by type of service selected. When a site user performs a zip-code targeted search: First all (1) PRO service listings appear following by all MANAGEMENT service listings.

How many work categories may be placed in?
There is a total of 8 maximum work categories that can describe the type(s) of work your company or service firm provides.
